I will not be taking a Flu shot this year or ever.

If the immune system that my body has is not up to 100% working status, the last thing I want is for some nurse to stick me with a needle filled with a liquid that contains a wee bit of a live Flu virus to see if my Immune system can handle the invasion into my body of something that will actually kill me if my immune system fails to deal with it.
I will not invite something into my body to test its ability to deal with it.

Hemorrhagic Pneumonia Found In Iowa: Doctors Not Disclosing Number of Deaths- Doctors in Iowa are observing hemorrhagic lungs in flu patients, but although the state has officially recorded 21 H1N1 deaths, actual cases may be higher as patient rights, laws prohibit the disclosure of specific numbers.
