Let us hope and pray we don't become a nation of prison Guantanamo Bays.
I don't know the extent of the invasion of privacy, and impeadment of the rights of the particular case, but it is a example of a much greater effort to remove the bible from the prison system.

Daniel, It only takes one jerk guard with an axe to grind with an inmate to play God with a black marker. If this was happening to the whole prison population, then It would be a concern.

Update, "San Diego Backs off Couple Hosting Bible Studies," way to back'em down.
San Diego County has withdrawn a citation issued to a couple holding weekly Bible studies at their home.
The city first told David Jones and his wife that a major use permit was required to privately host religious assembly.
Without a permit the couple faced up to $1,000 in fines.
Their attorney argued the requirement was a constitutional rights violation.
The city has since apologized and say permits will not be required.
