Yes, it appears that, whomever? uses distortions in order to keep us pined down, under submission, balances close to infringing upon our free-will, but appears to know its boundaries.
It is said in The Wave Series that The Serpent gives its followers eternal insights if the seeker will pledge its loyalty to The Serpent. However, from what the C's claim in The Wave Series, the seeker, unknowingly becomes food "fuel" for its master. In other words; He who seeks his own, ends up serving the needs of his (service-to-self) master, rather than being part of the (service-to-others) whole.
It appears that the cosmos (most call "God" I often refer to as "the first to become conscious of itself, or The One Infinite Creator") has each of us on a little bit different path, each gleaming various experiences.
It appears that soon the bell will ring marking the end of the 3D school year and we will then begin our 4D experience. When this process is complete, we can then all sit down and build a beautiful mosaic together.
