The CPS is The SPAWN OF SATAN... with guidelines and rules from Beelzebub! Don't get me started... my parents were heavily involved in the foster care program, and the social worker WAS actually concerned about the 3 foster kids we'd taken in and loved. We told him we wanted to adopt them, and he was thrilled! The next thing we know is that he got "fired" FROM NOT FOLLOWING CERTAIN RULES. After 9 monthes with our family, they were seperated into other homes. It was the saddest day of our lives AS WELL our then "brothers and sister". Over and over again, we've heard HORROR stories about the CPA. BEWARE... SNITCHES FOR CPA... aka nosey neighbors and unreliable, screwed-up informants. We need to keep this in mind... 'Verify" all accusations and keep the innocent in mind.

I was in foster care from age 12 till I was amancipated at age 16

Believe me its worse than you can imagine.

this issue is close to my heart

I heard this when it was aired....sooooo DISTURBING! I've heard rumors over the years about this kind of stuff. Children disappearing and being used in rituals and stuff. I didn't want to believe that ...NOW its clear to see that CPS (or any childrens services) DO NOT HAVE THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILD in mind. Here in BC Canada there was a couple in the hospital who had just had a baby and the CPS came into the hospital and took the baby IMMEDIATELY...they said it was because the parents were only 18 and couldn't properly take care of a child because the dude was unemployed!!!!!!!!!!! WTF? anyways it started a sh*tstorm in the media and newspapers for awhile. I don't know whatever happened to that child....or if they ever got their child back. From what i could gather...once you lose your kid to them, you never get your kid back! There was another case where a child was taken from his home and placed into foster care, then died shortly afterwards. Soooo criminal!
